Check-in is at 4pm, check-out is at 11am.
Fees Charged without Notice:
- We are a 100% smoke-free property. No Pets Allowed. $250 fee for smoking and undeclared pets.
- If additional cleaning is required in your room after you have checked out, a Special Cleaning Fee will be applied to your account.
- Please do not remove any amenities or items from your guestroom. Your account will be charged for any items taken off property at any time during or after your stay.
Noise Policy
In order to provide an excellent guest experience for each of our guests, The Place Hotel observes Quiet Hours from 10 pm to 6 am daily.
Cancellation policy
The Place Hotel has a 48-hour Cancellation Policy for reservations booked through our website of by calling the hotel directly at (361)416-1414. Any cancellation made at least 48-hours before the guest’s scheduled arrival, will not be charged a penalty. Any cancellation made 48-hours or less before a guest’s arrival will be charged a Cancellation Fee equal to the fist night’s room rate+ tax. Your Credit Card will be authorized for the full amount of your stay 48 hours prior to your arrival. Reservations booked through a third party (ie Expedia.com, Hotels.com, Booking.com, etc), or a group block must adhere to the terms of those agreements.
